Today I visited Locaweb. For nothing. I brought all the evidence displayed in The Market Mastery section + 1 Laptop (unboxed) to try to find (or face) the criminal monkeys who have been sabotaging the company and its email channels. But no Headmaster or Principal or Director or any other kind of “big shot” was available or wanted to face me for a face-to-face talk. Obviously. Because when you charge your own customers money to sabotage them at the same time, not even I know what kind of crime that is in practice (I like saying that to reinforce things). You have a monopoly — Locaweb — for WEB HOSTING in Brazil (practically) that is essentially forcing any online business to “choose” Locaweb as a Web Hosting service. Then, if you’re a business too powerful or with a huge impact and influence like WWW.PETERSONTEIXEIRA.COM, you sabotage the e-mail channels of your own customer to prevent any kind of business success (!!!). Now now, what kind of crime that is again? Because I AM actually curious. Very curious. You pay a Monopoly so they can commit crimes against YOU — The Customer (!) — while they take away your money?!?! During a Global Financial Crisis?!? Sabotaging your income and the wellbeing of you and your family??! Along with your business and personal life?!? While impacting tax collection of an entire country?! FOR YEARS?! WOW!! WHAT?! WHERE’S MY CONTROL?! IT’S GONNA BE MONOPOLIES vs ENTIRE COUNTRIES and THE PEOPLE and TRUE ENTREPRENEURS! BOY THIS IS GONNA BE A HUGE STORY IN THE NEAR FUTURE! I bet it will! Just wait for it. Recently, because of all these criminal cowards and their activities against the company, I went to a few Headquarters of Policia Federal (Brazil’s FBI) over here in Brazil to proactively provide some very important information about The Company, The Business and myself, to see if there’s any identity fraud case or ongoing investigation to my name or to the name of the company (The letter to Policia Federal had 100 pages). Precious information. I talked about many important points. That resulted in a few new “events” in this whole story. Because Youtube is not working anymore for A LONG TIME now — international businesses know this for a fact — the only viable way out is to publish videos on the company website itself, in order to become something like Netflix. Unfortunately, there’s some major criminal activity blocking this natural course for businesses as well. I think is time to share this as this is becoming a very serious problem for those who have been following WWW.PETERSONTEIXEIRA.COM, its business/marketing insights and solutions to world markets. Not too long ago, I noticed that the articles from The Market Mastery section on my iPhone were showing the articles WITHOUT the QR Codes that sell what The New York Times, Business Insider, Quartz and over other 100 media brands want. This was a powerful solution that apparently, is also being sabotaged. Here, have a look at how MANY articles don’t even show The QR Codes that sell something from the media brand: [quick note: use right-click open on a new tab because the image is huge] BUSINESS SABOTAGE: WordPress backend code altered to not show Market Mastery’s articles with QR Codes?. There, did you see it?! This defeats the whole purpose of reinforcing other companies/brands’ articles leaving only the do-follow link to the article and the brand, which was a previous, more raw idea. Only true followers of the brand know this, but after I started thinking about how to make things even better in the Market Mastery section and help the brands that were doing relevant work at the same time, “the QR Codes at the bottom of each article” came to me, which would turn EACH article into a “salesperson” for the brand in practice. As it is today. That brings back those good old days when brands and independent experts were only doing hard work to produce truly relevant content, without feeling overworked or experiencing burnout. Because if you count how many articles are currently reinforced in the Market Mastery section, you’ll notice that there aren’t that many. The solution is a true game-changer to world markets. But some monkeys — apparently at Locaweb — want to side with Google and sabotage the hope for many. Not too long ago while trying to figure where all the business sabotage is coming so I could face these coward criminal monkeys face-to-face, I noticed that THE HEADER of the website, more precisely the ICON to the Twitter profile is opening….on the same page (!?). Wait…WHAT?! But you see, as a Master of Marketing, I DO NOT do that as it means to lead the visitor to leave WWW.PETERSONTEIXEIRA.COM and go to another website if the visitor only has one tab of my website open. A stupid thing to do in Online Marketing. Therefore, my links are ALWAYS designed to open on another tab. A new tab. Another brand new tab. In order to prevent visitors from leaving the website entirely if they click on a simple link. Besides all that, the footer had only the older code version when I recently checked on WordPress Admin. The whole contact and information data + the links — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Guest Post Guidelines, RSS — are all correct, but the code seems to be NOT. Ok, noted. 2) Connecting through Filezilla resulted in looped, endless connections that kept blocking the uploads of my videos. Interesting. Then Locaweb’s own WebFTP system gave me the “Max file size upload exceed” error. WOW! WHAT? NO OPTIONS!? And how do I upload my own videos again? OH RIGHT! There’s still WordPress, right?! No. Wrong. WordPress itself — under Locaweb’s Web Hosting service — kept giving me the “Sorry, this file is not permitted for security reasons” error. But the filetype is .MP4. Are you ready for another true story? Ready? Then here we go! I worked in all areas possible that any human can engage with a Market. “Wait, what do you mean Peterson?”. I explain: I worked for the federal government, I worked for global corporations, I worked for medium-small businesses, I worked as a freelance writer, and finally, I worked as an entrepreneur. Therefore, I know how the market actually works in practice. I have many kinds of experiences from business-to-employee, business-to-customer and business-to-business relationships. I know the realities of doing actual work on a daily basis, both as an employee and as a business owner. All kinds. Customers pretending to be good customers and buying from you in order to see your level of expertise to try to use you as a third-party service provider. Customers that have no word and are disonest. Bosses that use lies to maintain business success and want you to lie as well. Anyways, all kinds of fun experiences. To many of these things you can prepare by reading, but only one thing you learn in practice: Business sabotage. You won’t find much content about it, as it involves speaking the truth and sometimes the truth triggers business wars, lawsuits, even more business sabotage, and other nasty things that no one likes to experience nor talk about. However, at the same time, IT IS A BUSINESS REALITY. And I hate such business reality. So let’s speak the truth. Again. Back in the days when I was still in Sao Jose dos Campos – Brazil, I was doing all the hard work necessary (Read CEO WARS #1: Google | CEO WARS #2: Facebook). I was Reading, Researching, Writing, doing Marketing and everything else that involves building a real online business today. At the time, I thought that the reason for no leads was my work. And my expertise. So I upped my game, made all the sacrifices and the brand became much stronger. As I said before, I blamed myself. We true entrepreneurs always do that first. Then, after doing all that, I was still getting nowhere. So I changed my approach, and started reading what everybody else was saying and then I found out about all the business reality of Google and Facebook sabotaging businesses everywhere. But then, after doing some very strategic work (i.e. publishing The Global Financial Crisis Manifesto)…..I was still getting nowhere. NO EMAILS. NO LEADS. NOTHING. Nothing about partnerships, nor business people or media owners wanting to sue me or my brand, nor new customers. Zero emails about my work. “WHAT?! STILL ZERO EMAILS?!”. Well, that’s when you realize that things are at a completely different level and there’s more sabotage going on behind the scenes. Enter, Locaweb. My own Web Hosting Company. If you run a whois search on the domain petersonteixeira.com you’ll notice that its DNS is under Locaweb. That’s where this whole website is currently hosted. However, now I know that it’s also somehow involved with sabotaging my business — its own CUSTOMER — by blocking my email flow. As it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to have no emails after building The Market Mastery section because ANYONE can see that it’s a bold move. Some may want to sue, others may want to partner. And others may want to buy. I knew that at the time, when I was still building it. But I saw no other option due to Google and Facebook. So emails to this very brand are being BLOCKED OR ROUTED. That’s obvious by now. Pretty obvious. This means more monkeys, so it’s time to expose. You see, ever since I published The Manifesto I noticed many strange things happening at the Admin Area for customers (CENTRAL do CLIENTE) of Locaweb. Things like the system that sets FTP passwords going from super-secure (over 14 chars) to super simple, and the system that lets you open and view your Tickets (complaints and support) showing zero tickets when you have more than one waiting for Locaweb’s response, along with useless, practically pointless customer support. So this is weird right? But I’m not done. ANOTHER thing I noticed was something I can only understand as website cloning. I explain. When you upload any image to WordPress — The CMS — while writing a page or blog post, it generates a SEQUENTIAL number that is added to the html image tag. Automatically. So after uploading one image and then another, on the same day, few minutes after uploading the 1st one, I noticed that the sequential number…..was JUMPING ONE number (?!?!?!). WHAT?! How is that possible?! I can only understand that Locaweb’s servers are doing some website cloning on the background. And while I’ve been putting out my work, another place is ALSO displaying my work. That’s the only explanation I see as fit for now. Again, my own Web Hosting provider. Now when you have that PLUS no email flow, there’s gotta be something wrong, right? So I opened some AWESOME Tickets on Locaweb’s customer support. Now here’s the funniest part: Locaweb’s Customer Support itself said that it cannot tell whether my e-mails are being blocked or not. It needs to know the header, the email address and the timestamp in order to see if the email got to my emailbox (!?). Well, that’s cute. But I don’t think that’s the truth. Rules can be defined on Locaweb’s email server in order to block incoming emails from particular companies or particular emails from those particular companies. You can set a rule that any incoming email from a company CEO’s email address never hit your emailbox. While another email from the newsletter section does get to your emailbox. That way, if a big company ever contacts you about new business or lawsuits, you never get the email. And in the future, if you need to defend yourself against such lawsuits, you’ll have little time to fight back. That’s business sabotage of the highest level baby. But again, it’s all too cute. Because at the same time, Web Hosting companies are just a few. Just like Telecom companies. Therefore, any potential damage caused by a lawsuit involving my actions that may come to hit my brand, WILL be forward as well to Locaweb. Just like my emails are being forwarded, blocked or rerouted. And there are many brands in The Market Mastery section and The Wall of Journalism. I don’t recommend engaging in such actions as no one else can be Peterson Teixeira. Nor pretend to be me in real life. Just like no one can really stop me from doing what needs to be done.
