IMPORTANT: Important additional LINKS at the end of this warning. Why: Some links MAY APPEAR “BROKEN” but in fact this is due to faulty software. Probably a BUG in Libre Office – The Software used to generate this Manifesto. Because of it, you’ll see that some links are nearby the link itself. You’ll have to put the Mouse nearby the link to find the link sometimes. Some links remained shortened, probably because of that same bug. But in case of doubt, just read both the shortened URL version with the clean version because some links are “working” on one PDF while “not working” on another one. And in case this may still be a problem and you happen to find a “broken” link, just use the file that shows all shortened urls and their corresponding direct links. As I said in the PDF, there is no perfect work. Not even the software we all use for everyday tasks. Enjoy the reading. Take care.

OBS: THE BOYCOTT will begin soon, after some major upgrades are made. The two last emails are yet to be created as well. Cheers

TARGETED GENERATION:

MARKETING STRATEGY:
You’ll create images — ideally GIFs like this one — of the content you want to promote, and then publish them on your website or on the comments section of social networks. And you’ll make them very big, so it dominates most of the screen which will force people to pay attention and freeze the scroll down. You also need to brand it very well, or otherwise,…
WHY IT WORKS:
Because is extremely easy for people to interact with QR Codes this way as it takes little effort to engage with the content being promoted. All that it takes is pointing your iPhone camera (or a QR Code reader app) to it and there you go. It reads it for you. Easy. Now the content is on the smartphone as well. Another strong point is that this strategy also allows more than one person to experience your…

MARKETING STRATEGY:
You’ll create a “clothing line” just for marketing purposes by inserting QR Codes on the clothing as part of its design, pointing to something you want to promote, just like PETERSON TEIXEIRA COMPANY — T-shirt version 1.0 (back). Key strategic places to place those QR Codes are on the sleeves, or just below your logo, and on the back. The sleeves because while you’re sitting….
WHY IT WORKS:
Because people are very curious. Because it’s easy to react to QR Codes, you just have to point your phone to it. Because you can position people in strategic places where your audience is, and check for reactions in real-time. Because one video or picture can spread with your QR Code in it, and if your marketing is smart and creative, it’s a very very cheap way to get attention. Finally, let’s not forget: it’s not robot…

MARKETING STRATEGY:
You’ll create a few critical pages on your website that you keep incrementing and updating, that are extremely important for your industry and your customers. These pages MUST be extremely important and every update must be relevant! The goal here is to create a reason for people to keep coming back on your website to check only what truly matters, instead of trying to create several pieces of…
WHY IT WORKS:
Because people will understand that whenever you update those “Master Pages” it’s because it’s very important. They’ll also see that you value their time, as you’re not burning your resources — time and money — to make them come back every time for little value. They’ll also remember your brand regardless of your content frequency, which is exactly the same principle movies use

MARKETING STRATEGY:
First, you will need a very charismatic figure appearing constantly in the video in order to keep people engaged with it for that long since every video takes 8 hours to watch. Next, you will need to create a group of videos where you show interesting places — especially financially unreachable places to many — while you deliver value on the video through conversations, Q&A etc. Then, make these videos…
WHY IT WORKS:
Because Netflix does the exact same thing, with people consuming a whole Season of some show in a row, without rest (maybe to grab some ice cream) which people call “A Netflix Marathon”. SmartTV users will respond much better to this strategy since they can leave the TV on while doing something else (if the content isn’t of the best quality), which may happen in the office or in the living room as this…

HUMAN BEHAVIOR PATTERNS

HUMAN BEHAVIOR PATTERN #10

  • Searching for video demonstrations on Youtube of a product you want to buy

KEYWORD:
Demonstrations
PLACE:
Social Networks
MARKET CATEGORY:
Online Shopping
DEVICE CATEGORY:
Smartphone, Notebook
GENERATION CATEGORY:
All Generations
REASON WHY PEOPLE DO IT:
Because many people don’t trust product pictures anymore since many pictures that promote a product misrepresents them making it look something else, something better, something of higher quality. So once customers have already bought something they only saw on a picture, they tend to be surprised when the product arrives due to its inferior quality in comparison to the picture, looking like they were tricked…
WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT:
Because many companies think that they need to fill Social Networks like Youtube with amazing video content all the time and spend millions in content creation, when in fact, for some product categories, people are just after demonstration videos on Youtube. They’ll start a Google search or a Youtube search to find a good demo video that shows how the product actually looks, and how it actually works in…

KEYWORD:

PLACE:

MARKET CATEGORY:

DEVICE CATEGORY:

GENERATION CATEGORY:
All Generations
REASON WHY PEOPLE DO IT:
Because of the quick possibility of getting Dopamine/Serotonin shots on their brains — which makes you “feel happy” for a few seconds/minutes. Social networks and many websites have tons of quick posts that make you laugh or get excited for a very short period of time, releasing dopamine and/or serotonin in your brain reinforcing that the action of “browsing and seeing the next post” is a source of pleasure…
WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT:
Because this inflates metrics like Average Time on Site, making it look like someone is consuming your content for a long time when in fact they have just switched devices and forgot your content there. Some user may have opened your company website on their smartphone, then seconds later Netflix becomes more interesting driving their attention to the big screen. Likewise, someone may be…

REASON WHY PEOPLE DO IT:
Because many customers don’t trust review websites or any other company-controlled websites that talk about products, as they assume that those websites are being manipulated, creating reviews or content with the intent of always tricking you into buying. So instead of…
WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT:
Because this is usually untapped online territory for most brands. They forget how people actually use the Internet and leave a lot of money on the table because of it. A brand could explore this kind of behavior by engaging in the comments section in a smarter way, providing links to other people’s random comments from other videos for example…

Because just like in another previous card, many people today feel very lonely, needy, unaccomplished, or living life without having enough human attention. This pushes them to create and post content (pictures, videos, posts) portraying their best…
WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT:
Because brands who create a great experience, with a great setting have a much higher chance to be portrayed in one of those type of posts, which becomes free promotion. How many people share their pictures on social media when they are visiting Disneyland? Too many. That’s free promotion. Free marketing. How many people share their pictures wearing a…

IMPORTANT: As the Global Financial Crisis worsens, many news websites will likely — or…eventually — be behind a HARD PAYWALL in order to survive in the near future, impacting Global Society and Global Markets as a whole. That will all be due to the 2 major criminal enterprises, Google and Facebook, who have been controlling, sabotaging and misreporting online attention levels of online businesses and news businesses from all over the world. Since I, Peterson Teixeira — CEO & Founder of PETERSON TEIXEIRA COMPANY — don’t yet know which brands will implement the solutions I presented in The Global Financial Crisis Manifesto – A Warning by A Genius Consultant [ Version 1: clean version PDF | Version 2: shortened links PDF — Published on April 21st 2019, and whether the online market will shift for the best, I have the moral duty to enforce the brands that provided me powerful evidence against Google and Facebook, along with expert-level business-related and marketing-related content (and for the Global Business Community). Some brands are weak such as The Economist and CNN, but since a few articles were useful (about one or two), I’ll put them here as well. Additionally, remember that every online company nowadays IS at the same time a Media Company (as Gary Vaynerchuck says), because online businesses have been trying to get attention through content due to scarce levels of online attention. Because of this new business reality, every brand that publishes “online-business-related content” also have a place here. Finally, remember the following: The News is necessary in a time of crisis, but it will be much more necessary in World War III. We all need as many help we can get. Now get back to work to make Big Tech as irrelevant as possible. Take care.

IMPORTANT: Because of the Global Financial Crisis, many FAKE government websites have been on the rise lately giving birth to next-level, more professional Phishing Scams on the Internet. People who are opening companies online, filing tax information forms and doing other similar activities with very sensitive personal data now have to worry about this new reality. As if a Global Financial Crisis wasn’t enough for all of us, new monkeys have arrived to make everything worse for everybody.

Additionally, after publishing
The Global Financial Crisis Manifesto – A Warning by A Genius Consultant [ Version 1: clean version PDF | Version 2: shortened links PDF ] on April 21st 2019,

I, Peterson Teixeira — CEO & Founder of PETERSON TEIXEIRA COMPANY — have been facing some serious and very hardcore persecution by Big Tech, Governments and Telecom companies. Super-corrupt, criminal government agents and FAKE telecom employees is about to become the new normal. Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may end up sending some cute disguised criminals to your home now (not joking). Governments too. Monkey individuals are proliferating like rats in every part of our society now. However, there’s still GOOD PEOPLE in our governments, telecom companies and everywhere else. We all know that. And honest, hardworking people and especially CHRISTIAN people like myself will choose to do things through proper channels as much as possible. Despite the monkeys. But in order to do that, sometimes we need to know those proper channels pretty fast. We’re in a time of crisis. And there’s more crisis coming. And guess what? Google Search has been showing MANY fake government websites thus making things a lot harder (for good agents of foreign Intelligence Agencies especially I might add). Therefore, it’s time to stop relying on evil businesses like Google because as I said in my Manifesto, Big Tech is also governments now (the evil part of course). Finally, trusting Big Tech when World War III arrives is definitely not smart. Especially after what we know about Big Tech now. Imagine finding key websites, government websites, military websites or using communication channels like e-mail and cellphones during a World War — combined with a Global Financial Crisis — and relying on these evil Big Tech companies. So we need to do our best over here and fight the good fight. Get back to work to make Big Tech as irrelevant as possible. Take care.

Within the European Patent Office, examiners are in charge of studying European patent applications, filed by applicants, in order to decide whether to grant a patent for an invention. The European Patent Office (EPO) grants European patents for the Contracting States to the European Patent Convention. The EPO provides a single patent grant procedure, but not a single patent from the point of view of enforcement. Hence the patents granted are not European Union patents or even Europe-wide patents, but a bundle of national patents. Besides granting European patents, the EPO is also in charge of establishing search reports for national patent applications on behalf of the patent offices of France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, San Marino, Lithuania, Latvia and Monaco.

Take care.
